Easy bording and timely departure in Ft Luaderdale. Going to Cancun the flight was quite bumpy. Service excellent.

Coming back from Cancun was a bit different. Checking counter employees of Jet Blue didn't show up until one and a half hour from departure. People had created a long line waitin, they all were told to be there 3 hours ahead of time. Departure was on time, the pilot was great trying to fly around the clouds. Service by female attendant was rude, but male was pleasant and professional and made up for poor service of his mate.

My rating in the middle reflects great checkin in Ft lauderdale and poor in Cancun. In-flight service rating also reflects some potential for improvement.

Rating of the flight can tell that we will fly Jet Blue any time. My suggestion: make the Mexican employees arrive timely!
