takeoff delayed trying to pack everyones luggage below,and waiting for 2 people to board ...supposed to have window seat,got last seat with no window

I love Southwest, the flight attendants are always very nice and accomodating. We got refreshments and refills, just ask. With no baggage fees, no fighting to get all your luggage in the overhead bins, there was even empty space. Love them!

Southwest continues to be my favorite airline. They are extremely customer service oriented. Employees are very friendly and accommodating. Company policies create a stress free experience. Airfares are very competitive, there is no extra cost for up to 2 pieces of checked luggage, boarding is very efficient and orderly, you still receive a snack and beverage free of charge inflight, and crew is extremely friendly. Southwest is always my first choice when booking flights for myself and my family.
