I posted this on twitter, Facebook, and G+ and I plan to try to avoid Delta from now on. I know delays happen, I took the extra 12 hours I spent in the airport like a champ but this whole baggage thing set me off. How do you loose an entire planes luggage to the point where you don't even know where their luggage is? This was on top of a 4 hour delay that made us land at 2 am as well, so we wait for our luggage for about 45 minutes and then they tell us there is a problem, then it is another 20 minutes before they figure it all out and send us all home after getting our addresses. I felt bad for the people working Delta customer service tonight in Minneapolis because it wasn't their fault. Argh...sorry so angry, needed to vent. I am so glad my future flights are through American I have never had a problem with them.

I am not saying this is typical of Delta, I've flown with them before but they behaved poorly and I just read the pamphlet they gave us and they won't even be refunding the fee I paid for the luggage! Clearly not a company that cares about its customers.
