I was searching for future flights. We haven't taken any flights recently. Will be driving to Las Vegas & Phoenix, as my wife made a quilt for our son, who is getting married, and the cost for taking it on a flight was prohibitive. And, the fares for people like us, who fly out of smaller cities, like Fresno, pay an exhorbitant fee just to get to a gateway city like San Jose, San Francisco or L.A. It sometimes pays to drive to one of those cities and then fly out of there. In this case, driving all the way was a better idea.

The base price of the flight was wonderful. Paying extra for priority boarding and choosing my seats, just not worth it for us. You don't leave any sooner than everyone else, and it's more comfortable in the waiting area than in the tight spaces of the airplane. My husband is 6'2" and making him sit cramped up like a sardine for an extra 30 minutes or so was not a good thing. I learned my lesson.

This is a great airline for a trip to Vegas. I highly recommend carrying on your bag because it is expensive to check it. Also, you can save $10 per flight by booking it at the airport.
Flight was on time - check in and boarding were easy!

Got a great price RT from Fresno to Las Vegas. Plane was on time coming and going. Times were great but Allegiant is changing them in June to times not as attractive for us. We did carry on's to avoid the steep baggage fees.
