    The seat was so tight and there is no leg room. While waiting to check board the plane they were rude because there was so many carry on items for everyone. Maybe if they would stop charging for the first bag people wouldn't carry on so much.

    The aircraft was awful, old and dirty. The CS was even worse. Tried to change return flight and they wanted full price for the ticket not just a charge for a change. We only wanted to change the time not the date. The $150-200 charge non exisitant. They wanted $500 each person just for a time change. Unbelievable. They weren't interested in helping at all. My son was very ill with a non infectious disease and we needed to get him home on an earlier flight instead of the 4am arrival he had. NO DEAL. We will never fly US Airways again.
