We were following instructions given to us by the airline that we needed to tell them when checking in that my son has a peanut allergy. On the departing flight, we had no issues. On the return flight, the gate attendant told us that we could not board the plane. She still had not heard back from management and was waiting on the pilot's decision. The decision? Well, she said the pilot may not accept us on the plane! We stood outside the gate for 10 minutes after all other passengers had boarded. The pilot got off the plane and asked me questions. His son also has a peanut allergy. So, he let us fly on the plane. Luckily we did not get refused and left stranded! I will never fly them again though because we cannot leave it up in the air on whether we will be "accepted" and allowed to fly. They should post the peanut policy so that others will not unknowingly by at risk for being stranded. Thank goodness for the understanding pilot.

This flight was well worth the money! Everything on board had to be purchasedand the seats could use some more cushion but it's only a 2hr flight.
I will certainly take this flight again.

Excellent price, especially if you don't reserve a specific seat number or check luggage... (On the return flight, they actually offered to check anyone's luggage at no extra charge because the flight was near capacity) Check-in on both flights were a breeze (bit of a line but it went fast). In-flight is good, but absolutely no freebies (you can carry an empty water bottle through security, and fill it up after to bring on board). The seats are some of the best I've ever had really, more of a leather, bucket-seat... I don't ever recall getting that before.

Hey, what can I say, it was an inexpensive DIRECT flight out of XNA. This airline will nickel and dime ya but we expected that. One word of warning though. This flight goes to the Sanford, Florida airport that is about 20-30 minutes outside of Orlando. This is a small, regional airport that isn't anywhere as crazy crowded as the Orlando International airport. It is still busy as all the flights leave around the same time to maximize the ground staff, but it isn't as bad as Orlando

It was cheap, non-stop and on time. That is what I wanted. It would have been nice to have free water.
I was bothered by the people who tried to carry on luggage too large and then complained. The instructions were very clear.
