Had a great flight. Got in to Chicago on time and back home a few minutes early. Good service, smooth flight, great time.

It's not just inflight employee's....it's the airport and gate agents that have no clue what is happening. I heard one female agent say, "I just want them all gone". She was young, hair stringing in her face, leaning behind counter, and had a "don't care" attitude. Oh, rolling the eyes too. The airport at xna does not have fresh food when passengers have to wait hours....as I waited 6 hours this time, 7 hours last time. Lack of facility and lack of quality agents in the XNA airport. I'm sure there are a couple that are good at what they do, but none that I witnessed!

The flight was good and the crew were all nice and polite. Flight time was shorter than expected both ways. The only downside is that United charges for even the first checked bag. That is a dissapointment.

I was happy to get a convenient flight at a good price. The flight was on time - I wish I could get that flight at that fare every weekend
