    We took Delta to Florida to catch a cruise for Spring Break. The flight was fully booked, but the attendants were courteous and helpful. The Delta Amex card is a blessing as we had four people with bags, and could check one bag free saving ol' Dad a hundred bucks each way. Making Delta a reasonable choice because of the savings.

    The trip itself was a nice experience however, I was charged $80 for assistance I called and ask for a full refund and only received $40.00

    Both legs of the flight were on time and had no problems. The in-flight experience was typical coach seating and for the lenght of time in the air, was adequate.

    both trips they changed seats on us in the last 24 hours making the trip difficult, to rearrange the seats in the last hour before the flight

    Booked really reasonable R/T airfare on Spirit (I joined the Spirit $9 Fare Club last summer) from Detroit to West Palm Beach for a college visit for my son and I and didn't want to pay to choose our seats ahead of time, nor check luggage. When we arrived at the A/P, we were able to check our carry on's for free since they requested volunteers because the flight was full and they had too many carry-ons. Same thing happened on the flight back, so we were quite happy. They also upgraded our seats at check-in at both airports. The overall experience was great. However, I won't be renewing my membership to their club because I refuse to pay an airline for carry-on baggage. Too bad, Spirit, you're going to lose a couple more customers!
