    Trips to DC were 97.00 last year now up to 225.00 and up, what is going on. Daughter came to visit from D C and paid 350.00 in June, forces people to drive your car and not use airlines again

    The airline does not seem to care about the customer. It is much worse since the merger with Northwest Airlines. The attitude is not good. The airline needs to "wake up" as there are more choices out there.

    I am a silver medallion member of SkyMiles and got a bump up to 1st for this flight. The service sucked. It was no different than coach. Early flight from DTW to DCA. Got the coffee in a styro cup and Sun Chips for breakfast from Delta. Those suckers paying for 1st really got ripped off. Quite unusual from most of my Delta experiences.
