    Had a great flight from Detroit to St. Louis -- and landed about 15 minutes early. Return flight was also very good. Would definitely fly Southwest again!

    flight on time - arrival a few minutes early - flight attendants excellent! highly recommend flying Delta to all destinations where possible.

    We unfortunately were sitting in front of three teenage girls that were completely LOUD, OBNOUXIOUS, and our of control. I turned around and told the three of the "inside voices" please. From there they taunted us with obnoxious sounds, messing with the back of our seats, etc. Finally my husbnd had enough and turned and told the girls to quite acting like kindergartners and knock it off-it got worse. We called the flight attendant and my husband told him he was going to kick their butts if they didn't knock it off. Instead of the flight attendant coming to our defense he told my husband not to "threaten these young girls". OMG- are yoiu serious?? He then sweetly told them they needed to be quiet-of course that was a complete joke. As soon as he walked away-they atarted up again. Why wouldn't they, this flight attendant basically made my husband look like he was in the wrong-NEVER AGAIN!! Shame on Southwest!

    Love Delta!! Delta staff and pilots are the best - I only fly with Delta - they make me feel safe!

    My flight to STL was delayed 5 hours on the way there and only an hour on the way back. On an earlier flight with Delta, my flight was cancelled altogether and ended up spending night in airport. Ridiculous! Other than the delays, flight was very smooth.
