I had a great experience with this flight. Frontier was on time, efficient, friendly and just all around great. The hot chocolate cookies with my coffee were a real bonus!

We were very happy with our trip to California. When we originally booked our flight it was nonstop, but Delta no longer offered nonstop on Fridays so we changed to a earlier flight with no problem or cost. All flights were on time, and service on the planes was great!!

Check in at airport was unpleasant, ticket counter agent unfriendly and not helpful. She tried to charge us each $50 per bag even though we are both elite status with Delta (Platinum & Silver).
