I do like the fact that you can check your bags for free. The flight attendants were wonderful and very informed.
The flight was a little late getting in so I had to rush to my connecting flight. The were there with smiles and said no rush we were waiting for you. I felt like I was a VIP even though I was in coach.

I was not charged for my carry ons or 2 checked bags everyone seemed nice Had a couple of lite snacks and a few glasses of soda. Lost my Kindle, they found it and contacted me. all was good!!!

My entire trip on US Airways was really great. The staff was very kind and friendly. The woman who helped me change my seat before leaving SD was nice and enthusiastic. My only suggestion would be to add the head rests that can be bent. Thanks again for a great trip!

The flight by Delta is so cheap. For almost 5 hrs, there is only a small package of snack with one cup of drink. That is it.
The overhead light was not working. I could not read for the whole trip. It was poorly maintained. The flight attendant could not fix the problem.
It is extremely cheap.

I arrived early to Detroit from San Diego by 15 minutes. Slept most of the time and received a snack one time. there might have been another snack, but I was sleeping so am unable to tell you.

This was our first time on Southwest and we found the flight attendants/pilots much more engaged with the passengers which in and of itself is amazing. We mainly use Delta where everyone is cranky. Liked the no fee for baggage also. We will definitely be using Southwest again.

2 1/2 hour delay leaving Detroit. First there were mechanical problems that had to be repaired. But with this delay, the flight crew would have run out of workable hours, so had to be replaced. We had to wait for a new crew to arrive at the airport.
Many people were complaining. NOT ME. I would rather fly on the plane that was mechanically fit then take a chance on problems. I think the flight crew was probably union and being out of allowable hours they could not work. Somepeople just do not get the big picture and complain at anything. Do not sweat the smaller stuff.

The Flight Attendant's at Southwest are very friendly and very helpful. The make you feel like your very welcome on their flight, and realize that there are more airlines to travel on, and appreciate you choosing "SouthWest"
