Many of the reviews above complain that the armrests don't lift. Most armrests on the aisle seats do lift but need to have a difficult to find button/latch pushed to work. Ask the flight attendant how to find it.

I have never flown with US Airways before. I was very pleased with every aspect of my trip..just went so smoothly without a hitch. My seat was comfortable, and the flight staff were attentive and courteous. Even my lunch was surprisingly tasty. Overall it was a very pleasant experience. I will definitely fly with US Airways again.

both flights were ontime, uneventful. The seating is never comfortable due to arm rests don't go up on aisle or window seats.

I am 5'3" 110 pounds. I could barely fit down the aisle and the seat felt tiny to me. I travel quite a bit and was way more uncomfortable than usual.

Nice smooth flight both ways. check-in smooth, in flight service was what was expected. Seats are always cramped. Aisle and window seats should have arms that go up and out of the way.

Take off and landing were flawless. Arms on aisle and window seating should be movable. Otherwise my flight was fine!

Felt really cramped, we are not big people either 125lbs and 235lbs. Spent $100.00 on checking baggage, will look next time for an airline that does not charge for baggage.

I flew with my husband, who is a wheelchair passenger, on Delta Airlines from Detroit to Phoenix. I want to commend all personnel involved, from the curbside check-in to the flight attendants, as well as those employed by Prospect, for making our "challenging" journey pleasant and safe. Everyone gave a little "extra-something" of themselves to ensure our comfort and were so courteous in doing so. Delta was competent in all areas and made this the easiest trip yet.

I fly every year and mostly Cathay Pacific or Singapore airlines or China Eastern or Air China or Eva Air. The first time I flew a US airline and had the worst experience. The steward would not help me find space for my carry on luggage asked to keep looking until I find it! They messed up our special meals. Three of my family member had to go without meals (as they are vegetarian and we had requested Hindu Vegetarian meals which they provide us with 2 on the first leg of journey and one on the second. Then my 3 suitcases were damaged on arrival which they said was not covered. I am never/ever flying Delta again. Even United was better flying domestic between Canada and US.

The flight was smooth even though there was turbulence. Also, our flight attendant, Tiffany, went out of her way to be more accommadating than most I've ever met. She re-seated families and friends together even though it was a full flight.

“Delta needs to improve the unaccompanied miner process....”

This was for my 13 year old grandson. We paid $100 each way for an unaccompanied miner airline escort(?) filling out forms which he carried onboard. Luke was treated great by the airlines, however Delta apparently didn't have an airport record of the "named guardian (parent picking him up)" at the receiving airport terminal. They refused/delayed the receiving parent's security pass to the gate and required a phone call from the sending parent who happened to be unavailable by phone at the time. Need to improve their terminal process on the unaccompanied miner service.

It was a Tuesday AM flight and evryone on board was surprised at how few of us were on the flight. Everyone got their own row of seats if they wanted it. Plenty of pretzels, seat space and attention. It was great!
