Of the last 4 flights I have taken Delta has changed my pre-arranged seat assignment to a middle seat in a different row. Only once was I able to change my seat to an aisle or window. I am tired of being moved after I have already done the work ahead of time to reserve a seat, only to find that they have moved me to an middle seat! They say it is due to plane changes! Tell DELTA to STOP MOVING PRE ARRANGED SEAT PEOPLE TO MIDDLE SEATS!

This was a usual good trip, but why does that sound system always have to be so loud? I always have to cover my ears when they give their announcements.

Seems like the Delta "charm school" training is really working...EVERYONE we encountered on both Delta flights were very pleasant and helpful. The flight crew on our return flight was especially personable. They even took time to chat with passengers, watch a little of my daughter's movie on her computer, etc. Very pleasant experience.

I booked 6 round trip airfares in October 2010. Payed big bucks. Going from Detroit no problems. Return , Delta changed airplane and then changed seat locations so that a 3 year old and a 5 year old were sitting seperate from each other and seperate from parents. Contacted Delta to correct situation and they were not understandable. Would Delta employees want this for their children? I doubt it!

Airlines just are not as good as they used to be. I used to enjoy flying. Now I always expect delays and I refuse to pay for water. Bad enough that it costs more for a carry on than to check a bag now.

no leg room even for an shorter person. If you are over 5"10 your knees are hitting the back seat and you can not even put your legs under the seat in front of you unless you want to pay $50 more each way. seat and seat pockets were filthy. one flight attendant woke me up from a sound sleep shaking my leg after he went by for unknown reason and kept moving.
However both pilots did an excellent job at landing, never felt it!
Check in crew were very curteous and effecient!

Lots of leg room, friendly staff, on time, what more could you ask? Best economy flight we've had in years.

The price was right-$69 including my suitcase-twas non stop-we were a little late getting out but we made up the time and arrived 10 min early. Seats are comfortable-leather-lots of knee room.
They do lack entertainment so bring something to read and nothing is served free. But since it was in the morning I did not mind.

The flight was great! No problems. The best part was the cost, $113 round trip! I usually only fly once a year, but I may go more often if I can find deals like this.

The flights were smooth with no trouble and were on-time. Both airports security went quickly. Everyone was friendly and pleasant.

Arrived in Ft. Myers, FL around 2:10 a.m. instead of 10:07 p.m. After I had eaten, they announced that meal vouchers would be given. Got the voucher, which said was good until 11 p.m., but restaurants closed at 10 p.m. Received a $50 credit for future travel, but not too keen on using Delta again.
My daughter went from Ft. Myers, FL to Madison, WI with layover in Detroit and was rescheduled to go more than 24 hours later to Milwaukee, WI!!! A fellow traveler helped her out.

Spirit is a great low cost airline, I have taken many flights with the $9 club and pay roughly $60 roundtrip. They are alway on, and on many occasions may even leave the gate a few minutes early. Their seats are leather and give your plent of room, they actually comfortable. THe only problem is the last flight was a family emergency that I had to buy my ticket on the day of departure, and the price was outrageous, I wish airlines would lower their last minute flights.

I called Spirit regarding the new luggage charge and was told that as of April 6, I would have to pay $25.00 for a second piece of luggage. Not so.. it takes effect August 1. Therefore, I had to pay the $25 for my second piece even though I am a $9 fare club member because I didn't prepay on the computer (which I did not have access to!) My original flight departure time was changed before my flight day (?)to 4:09 and then the flight was not departed until 5:50. I was given a better seat as there was not very many passangers on the flight. I will use Spirit again and pray for better service.
