    Initial flight out of Detroit was direct and we were upgraded to first class. Much improvement in behavior of gate agents in Detroit. Flight left a few minutes late, but arrived on time in Austin. Friendly Flight crew.

    Trip home had a layover in Minneapolis. Had to literally run from the end of terminal c to end of terminal f to make our connection. Don't understand why Delta gates are sometimes so far apart. Full plane, but flight attendants on both legs were very friendly and helpful.

    Best line of trip was "we will now be dimming the overhead cabin lights to enhance the beauty of the flight attendants..." So glad to see the humor return to Delta's flight crew. Flight attendants could be a little morose after the merger, but I think the flight attendants of both NWA and Delta are better at working together and it shows.

    The plane itself was new and comfortable and clean. The flight departed and arrived on time- no delays. The cabin crew was friendly with good attitudes.

    Absolute confusion with no assistance from Continental personnel at check-in. Hundreds of frustrated passengers standing in a line that never moved.

    Our trip was thru delta connection mesaba aviation. The plane was very small, the seats even smaller. Very little legroom, but this was a nonstop flight, so not long enough to be too uncomfortable. Would try not to use this connector again.
