    flight attendants were very friendly, airplane was very comfortable. I told my husband it was the smoothest takeoff and landing we have ever had. good job, pilots! and thank you airfarewatchdog, because we found good prices for tickets to NYC for the holidays!

    At Milwaukee during boarding, Air Tran worker ordered everyone to hold their boarding pass on their hand. An oriental family in front of us with a six month old baby was denied boarding because the baby was not holding the boarding pass! When Dad asked how can a baby hold the boarding pass - the person working for Air Tran told the family, "If the baby can hold a feeder, the baby can hold the pass too. Trust me." That was the worst attitude I've witnessed in my long history of flying. Anyway, the oriental family were allowed to board after us.
