No frill flight, which is fine because I knew that up front. However, I paid a premium to select my seat in advance. Important to me for the leg room, as I am tall. However, when they opened up seating, there were many seats comparable to mine still available.

HAHA!! I had to chuckle when choosing Airline, layover city, and date on your trip details. I was to leave on Frontier on the 16th. I left on United on the 17th. Was to layover in Denver, I was in Chicago. My husband left on original dates, my son and I not so lucky. No doubt in my mind they gave our seats away to couple buisness men. Counter people were very nice at Frontier. They are just doing there jobs trying to make a buck. Someone tell the President and CEO's of these airlines to hop on a plaine of another company and just see what it is like in the skys these days. I guess I now have to buy a car and drive :(

Starting with getting a flight out of Des Moines, Ia. Has been great. We never have to do much because its all done on the computer. But to get your luggage on board it was cheaper to go over to the airport. My husband an I flew out to vegas then on to Maui. The only problem we have is getting my husband on with his C-Pap machine for him to breath at night. We have to take everything apart while in line an I feel so bad how we hold up the line an he has to take alot of stuff off. But we understand the others don't behind us. This is the only part I would change. It would go alot faster if you take it an scane it through the machine because it takes up time to get it back into it's bag we have missed our flights because of this. But everyone was very friendly about getting us on another flight. I think the best way to deal with people with medical machines could have a special box that each airline has on hand that say's medical on it and when we check in the counter people can scan it an then put it inside the speical box an locked. then when you get to your destanation the security people can unlock it an your customer would be out in no time. There is alot of posibility's for this along with people with oxygen. I love to fly alleigant air the stuerts are very nice an helpfull in everyway. They all know how to keep everyone happy even baby's an kids. Ive seen this alot on this airline since we started flying with them. I us to fly Northwest air until they stopped flying an went to Delta. I had trusted northwest air for along time an I wouldn't fly any other airline. But since them I would fly allegiant air any day. I would like to see this air line go a couple of other none stop area's Like san fransisco Ca. an a few others. I think that mirron an training has gone far for your employees it shows that you care about your customers by training them to handle what ever can come at them keep up the good work. I am trying to get a flight out to vegas now with this airline hoping I can or I don't go anywhere with out my driver. Hope this makes your day it has mine. Keep flying Allegaint air Marcia

They need more than one person at check in at the DSM airport. Don't wait till the last minute. Love the flight staff and the pilot that tell you what you are flying over.
