everything with alaska airlines was good. good customer service all the way around. check in with our return flight back with frontier...the animals on the commercials may be funny and friendly but people at the check in counter...look out! everything else on frontier was pretty good though - especially the extra leg room. our <2 year old had enough room to stand, move around a bit and play.

Always great flying Frontier, even economy seats have decent amount of leg room. Flight was on schedule and flight attendents polite and helpful.

Left on time, boarding was no problem and the seats were very comfortable with adequate legroom. (I am 6'3"). Attendants were not very professional. The experience was very positive and would try them again without question.

About 20 minutes or so into the flight, there was a medical emergency on board so we had to land in Jackson, WY. The crew was very efficient and professional in both caring for the sick passenger and the rest of the passengers. They kept us informed on the delays so we could call ahead to anyone waiting, got their paperwork done quickly and we were back in the air.

The 1st trip with SW was very pleasant and most of all hassle-free. The staff was efficient and even entertaining! Kudos to one and all.

Not happy about the hour and a half delay. Missed our dinner reservations in Seattle, too dark for a view of anything and missed the sunset over the bay! (the whole reason we booked at this particular time of day!

One of the only airlines with no fees for bags and even gives a bag of peanuts!! Everyone of the people we dealt with were friendly and helpful. I look forward to flying Southwest again.

Frontier used a A-320 aircraft. Clean, comfortable. Airport and flight staff are competent and gracious. Flight arrived 20 minutes early. Same experience on my return to Denver in early May. I've been concerned that with the takeover by Republic, that their service would decline. So far, I can't complain about anything. I will continue to use Frontier whenever possible. Southwest has a formidable competitor in Frontier and while I wish that Republic didn't feel the need to move some jobs to Indianapolis and Milwaukee, only my ego has been bruised.
