    The most unhappy, grouchy staff I have experienced on a flight. Besides the fact that bags cost more than other airline, the people at check in were almost rude. It continued on flight with the flight attendants never smiling and one of them was sort of abrasive. I understand it was late, but we all paid for our flight and expect pleasant service.

    Southwest in-flight staff were complaining, rude and seemed to resent the passengers. Eye rolling, sighing, etc...openly doing this during cart service and in galley near bathroom.
