    Flew out UAL and back Frontier. Frontier far better, more leg room, on time. UAL was nice, but no go.

    There was a carryon bag between 2 seats and when asked if it could be removed, the flight attendant stated that she needed to have all passengers seated and would take care of the bag. This was unacceptable. Who knows what was in the bag and she should have taken care of this right away. Shame on her.

    Frontier used Republic for this segment of our flight. The plane was dirty and grungy. On our return we were on a Frontier plane and the experience was much better and plane in better shape; they even gave us free Direct TV.

    Fly whenever we can to Denver out of Sacramento via Southwest and have NEVER had any problems or issues. Their personnel are the friendliest and the check in process is easy, efficient and not having to pay for checked in bags is a number one priority. Long may they fly!!

    Found out that when you buy your airline ticket thru a 3rd party agent, like Travelocity, you aren't really able to select your seat. Got stuck on the last row which didn't allow me to lean back during my flight.

    Great On Time Service. Kind of odd boarding procedure. Paying for TV is much of a tease. Decent food selections.

    Didn't have to pay for bags. Gal at ticket counter was very accommodating as one bag was about one pound over the 50 pound limit. She said to take something out so we didn't have to pay overage fee.
