    Would use Southwest again - easy - inexpensive - great staff. Checked my bag out and carried it on the way back - no problem.

    I like the fact that Frontier allows passengers with zero overhead baggage to get on right after premium customers. It seems to make the boarding pretty efficient, although there is still some of that people having to get up and down to let passengers seated by the window in.

    I was disappointed in the seating layout for the B757 flight from Denver to Portland especially since a last minute business trip change caused me to get a middle seat. Middle seats on a B757 for any flights > than 2 hours are a bear. Inflight entertainment needs updating. It still had the old CRTs down the center aisle which were showing their age by the loss of color control. Inflight service was average, nothing special.

    Southwest continues to rank high with our family. We are able to check in online 24 hours before, no hassle. Complimentary curb service cuts down on the wait when checking in luggage. First two bags are FREE, on top of their already low airfares! Can't beat that! And they serve free beverages & snacks on board. The airline attendants were great on our flights to and from Denver. Southwest has the best frequent flyer program, too.

    I do like to fly with Frontier--the lines are always short--seating is fine--even in the middle--flights are short--flight attendants are friendly--and we had 2 very good landings !!

    Frontier had very friendly personnel from check in to arrival. The service was efficient and we even got a FREE cookie. The planes were clean and comfortable and the arrival and departure were on time. What more could you want?

    Both arrivals in Portland and Denver were early by about 15-20 minutes which was great.

    Had an award ticket and check in was quick and painless. the check in line moved quickly as well.
