We fly Frontier quite often and do so because the service is usually good at every turn. The return flight on the trip was an exception as the all-male cabin crew were just plain cranky. They weren't rude, but they also weren't as friendly as we're used to experiencing with Frontier.

I suppose that everyone is entitled to a bad day, but all three? Maybe they should throw a female into the mix to keep spirits up.

Pilot announced an Emergency Landing over NE AZ for a vibration in the cockpit. No airport in sight! Made it to Phoenix with no explanation from staff.

We flew on a day of many cancellations. Frontier did not cancel so that is in their favor. Checked in at home(which is great!)and carried bag on. They punish people carrying bags on by boarding you last. No peanuts, but warm chocolate chip cookies and free TV for the Super Bowl! Employees & stewardesses very average.

Frontier DIA tries harder and it shows!

Safe, efficient flight, even with landing in a rainstorm. Employee moral in PHX could use a shot in the arm.

First time I ever flew Southwest and was surprised and disappointed. All I ever heard was how "wonderful" Southwest is. Don't like their method for boarding, at all; I felt as if I were in elementary school all over again- "find your number and line up, children. And wait." Ugh.

It would be nice if someone clued you in as to the ins and outs of how to get a decent seat ahead of time. Packed plane, very little room in seats, and honestly I thought the plane was going to fall apart when we landed. The overhead plastic was shuddering and shaking so bad I thought it would fall apart. The only redeeming aspect of this flight were the people on either side of me. They were frequent business travelers and filled me in on "the ropes" of how Southwest works.

Too bad my teen daughter and I had such a horrible experience. She most likely will be doing more traveling where Southwest flies, but will choose Frontier over Southwest any day- prices were not that much different, for the product you get. Teen daughter laughed out loud when one of the Southwest flight attendants started singing (badly- keep your day job!) over the intercom as we were descending into Phoenix; she thought it was condescending and most likely will never fly Southwest again.

I'm a veteran flyer, flying into and out of northern US cities for many years. We should have had weather delays in the northern airports, but I seem to have unreasonable delays only the last two years, from P{hoenix and West coast cities. This flight was late arriving from Iowa into Denver and further delayed by rain in Denver and Phoenix. 2 HOURS OF DELAY!!! The weather was not really bad -- why the overcaution?
