Flight on Frontier was excellent ... leaving on time, arriving exactly on time. Service on plane was great. Loved the freshly made chocolate chip cookies. Would have enjoyed a few more! Seats were nice and wide, fairly comfortable, but like all other seats, could use some more padding. On the plane was a fantastic buffalo ... or 'bumpalo' as our grandaughter calls them:o).

My flight was good we had to wait an hour for our piolot due to bad weather. After about 2 hours i fell asleep. I got everything i wanted when i wanted it... from the flight attendent. It was a bumpy ride. I was sleeping most of the time since it was a long flight and late at night.

This is our favorite flight down to Orlando. This is the second time we have gotten a terrific tailwind which got us there almost an hour ahead of schedule. Not overly friendly flight attendants but nothing too horrible. However, on the flight home, which was unfortunately on Christmas Eve, it was a bit more high stress from passengers and flight crew alike. All we heard from the flight attendant managing the intercom was 'hurry up.' She reiterated that there was a headwind that we would be facing and we needed to hurry up if we wanted to make it home to Denver on time. I can certainly understand their need to keep things moving but I think this created a very hostile, unpleasant experience that was unnecessary. As a matter of fact, two passengers ended up yelling and cussing at each other with one ultimately plowing her way through a full aisle of boarding passengers to disembark. Such great holiday spirit. One of the other flight attendants was simply grumpy and short with anyone who spoke with her. I witnessed this first hand and tried not to ask for anything from her--not the kind of customer service you hope for when nowadays you pay a premium price for not only the flight but for your bags, snacks, in-flight entertainment, etc. Her attitude was very evident that she was thoroughly unhappy about working on Christmas Eve. I don't think it is that much to ask for people to just be pleasant, even if they hate every minute of it. Perhaps this is not the field for her. All things aside, we still got in early, despite the headwind. I think I will do my best to avoid flying on a holiday again.

“flight attendent spilled cranberry juice & soda on my white sweater and white rain jacket. I was supposed to have TV with the premium ticket, but the TV did not work nor was there interest in fixing it.”

For a premium customer it was a rather sad experience. First the flight attendent spilled the glass of cranberry juice over me and I was wearing a white sweater and white jacket. Soda was also spilled on me. The TV was not working with the card the flight attendent used. The comment was made it "wasn't my lucky day" I agreed. The TV was never fixed. I was very disappointed as I arrived at my destination with a stained sweater, jacket, and wet slacks. A bit frustrating.

No oversight in the amount and size of carry-on luggage. Even though there is a size guide for carry-ons, there was no requirement to use it and it was tucked away in a corner of the check-in area. The result: All four flights were late departing because of passengers trying to cram too much stuff into too small overhead spaces. If airlines know this going in, why not require sizing before boarding for both overhead space and under-the-seat space???? If your bag doesn't fit the GUIDE, you have to go to the counter to check your bag and as a result, have to board last. This puts the responsibility for sizing on the passenger and is a disincentive to try to bring too much crap on the airplane...and an incentive to check your bag. Leg room was adequate, even though I am 6'0" tall. If you're only going to give me ten (10) peanuts in the snack bag...REALLY, don't bother because the packaging waste isn't worth it. Give me the snack when I board and it'll save time for the attendants. And on a 3 1/2 hr flight...Give the whole can of soda, not just half of it...c'mon.

Just wanted to point out how airlines (maybe just United has changed) over the years. On our return flight, my son was routed from mco to sfo via lax, with a 3 hour layover in lax (and a near midnight arrival in sfo). We arrived at the airport (mco) a couple of hours before the flight and checked in. At the gate, I simply asked the gate agent to see if the flight routing (mco-den-sfo) had any available seats since that flight had a much shorter lay over in den and the arrival would be earlier. She wouldn't even check to see if there were seats available and told me that I should go to ticket agent up front. She wasn't busy, she was just chatting with her fellow gate agent. I've made similar requests many times over the years without issues, but it seems more and more often the gate agents don't care or are "too busy" chatting with their co-workers. Yup, customer service and flying has certainly changed over the years.

Worst Airline I have ever been on. They charge extra for checked luggage so I board with one carry-on and my coat, by the time I was on the boarding platform waiting to get to my seat, they inform me that there is no more room in the overhead compartment's for my carry-on bag, so they will check my bag for no additional charge - and as you can guess, my luggage never makes it to Orlando with me. After the first day Delta calls me and says they have found my bag and will be delivering it to my hotel sometime before 2 PM - and as you can guess my luggage never makes it to my hotel untill the day that Im checking out of the hotel and heading to Daytona Beach.
