I went through cheapoair to book this flight.I did this because they offered continental airlines. My itinerary said continental. When we got to the continental gate they said they did not fly to Ontario, they sent us to United, which was on the other side of the airport. I do not like United so that's why I went continental. Sure enough they proved me right on why I don't fly United. They would not give me seat assignments at the check-in, they said I would get them at the gate. After walking with a baby to the last gate they offered which seemed like about a mile, I went to get my seat assignment and was told to sit down and wait until I was called. We got there an hour early and after they started loading the plane they finally gave us our seat assignments. They didn't have us boarding at the same time. Even the infant and her Mother were different boarding times. But after we got off the ground, the flight attendants and crew were some of the nicest we've had. Coming home, we were scheduled to leave at 11:03a.m. the board said "on time" with no one at the gate and no announcement until 11:45a.m. when the plane finally arrived. We finally took off around 12:15p.m. with the board still saying 11:03a.m. on time!
We have use airfare watchdog since you were digital city and have always been happy with your hard work in finding us great deals. Thank you. However we will not use cheapoair again. Also Thank You for asking, Cheapoair never asked.
