    As expected, flight was smooth, efficient, landing same. No complaints possible. Other passengers cramming their bags in the overhead compartments? Terrible: some people are so entitled. I guess the 'free baggage' availability can't do enough for them.

    I flew with two small people (4 and 2) which isn't the easiest (try fitting us all in the airplane bathroom!) but the friendly staff on board is so helpful and hospitable. During our layover the pilot even came over to visit with the restless kids and they loved it! We've always been United travelers but we're switching -- Southwest is so much easier to bring kids aboard and understanding to us all. Thanks again for a great flight!
