I always have a satisfactory experience with Frontier. The employees are similar to Southwest, with a good attitude. The flight attendants were very available and helpful. I do wish you could purchase extra leg room seats at time of reservation, instead of waiting til check in time.

flight was good, no problem however; it's getting really old getting smaller and smaller seats and legroom. I'm only 5'2" and I'm framped, what does a a 6' person do. Would gladly pay s small amount more per seat to lose a few rows so that it is once again reasonably comfortable on an airplane. United seems to be the worst when it comes to legroom.

I HEART SOUTHWEST! Literally. I can see why Southwest uses a "heart" in their logo. Their cost effective fares, check-in service, baggage check allowances, fantastic staff AND they still give you snacks without paying for them gives them the highest rating among airlines. They will always be my first choice when booking a trip! Thanks Southwest for making it possible for me to continue to fly the "not-so-friendly" skies during such a downturn in the recent economy :) I look forward to flying Southwest in the next 6 months and it's all because of their dedication to the passengers. LOVE IT! <3

For a longer flight, it is great to have 2 beverage services + 2 free chocolate chip cookies. I've been flying with Frontier for several years for the personalized TV option and more comfortable seating than some other airlines. Free cookies came after Frontier merged with Midwest not long ago. It was a nice surprise and I love it.

It would be nice to have real food available for purchase so you're not starved. Perhaps something to offer little kids.

“Customer service not a priority for American Airlines”

Apparently, American Airlines has never heard of customer service. In an extremely competitive climate for retaining passengers, you would think the airline would try and go the extra mile for their customers. Not so. The flight itself was OK, although I feel American lacks the amenities of some other airlines (seats were cramped, no TVs for viewing, etc.). However, I can live with all of that. My main problem came when the first leg of my flight was delayed, forcing me to miss my connecting flight by less than 5 minutes. It was the last flight of the night, and I couldn't get rerouted until the morning. American refused to pick up my lodging for the night. They gave me a voucher for a $50 room. They failed to get me to my connecting flight on time, yet I was forced to pay $50 for their error. And they were pretty adamant that they would not pick up my hotel. With this kind of customer service, I will be hard pressed to ever fly American again. If something goes wrong, you can be confident that they will not go the extra mile to make sure you are taken care of. Instead, they will just send you the bill.

Frontier airlines has a new boarding procedure to expedite passengers getting on the plane. They also have the television in front of the seats which is also nice.

Frontier's staff is always friendly and helpful. The plane is clean, and the TV option is great. They explained a slight delay on the tarmac, and then made up the time in flight.

Frontier maintains its good spirit and excellent service. The only improvement that I can suggest is that comping the television service as it is on Jet Blue would be a bonus. Frontier remains my airline of choice, all other things being equal. Denver is my home airport and is a hub for United, an airline that I will assiduously avoid. I fly about 10 round trips a year and have not had to fly United for years.
