    This was my first time flying on Southwest, and from now on I'm looking at their prices first! I like the way they board, I like the free luggage, and the mood of the pilot, host & hostess (I cannot remember the PC term) was great.

    Another unexpected bonus was that in Minneapolis they fly out of Terminal @ (formerly Humphrey) and that is so much more relaxes and easy than the Main airport!

    Loved this flight from DEN to MSP. The flight attendants were nice, attentive and one of the attendants was super funny - the one (female) who did the safety talk in the beginning of the flight. She was a riot! The flight was smooth and on time.

    The usual for United....nothing special! We were on time both ways. Luggage was handled well, but the carry on part is just a mess. (most airlines experiencing that)

    Frontier as always was great the MSP larger airport only two security gates open had to wait for female employee to run body scan as I have a hip replacment almost missed flight. It just goes to show how spoiled we are in Denver our airport is clean and bright Msp is dull drab and rather dark!

    I am a mother of 3 and all of our kids flew. Why is it acceptable behavior now to have kids scream from the time they board the plane to the time they scream their way off?! I know this is not a reflection of the airline service (even our flight attendant told the little screamer to "use her inside voice") but it makes for a disgusting travel experience. To top it off our pilot landed with the nose in the runway, one of the WORST landings I ever experienced. It was like a period at the end of a very poorly written sentence.....

    The seats were really cramped our legs hurt by the time we got off. A southwest airline guy with little man syndrome was reprimanding a female employee in front of everyone at Denver. He did not have to humiliate her in front of everyone. Made him look really bad.

    The new video system was great. Many options at no cost. Left late

    but still arrived vey close to scheduled tine plus checked baggage

    arrived with a minimal wait!
