“Beats other airlines for cost and service!”

SW Airlines has more going for it by far than any of the other airlines. No baggage charge and no change fee(which I had to do). The service was far superior compared to the competitors. From here on it will be my first choice.

The few times we have traveled on Southwest, they have always been great from the ticket agents to the flight attendants...Even though it is usually full, the service has always been with a smile and of course, there is no charge for the bags...

Southwest is a great airline to take. Courteous, friendly and kind employees. The flight attendant on this flight was humorous and had everyone in such periods of laughter that it was amazing.

It was nice to fly with inches to spare in the legroom! We are average tall, 6-6'2", and were comfortable the entire flight. Regular seats were comfortable and cushy. We flew the first flight of the day on the way there, and the last of the day returning. Plane was clean and attendants pleasant even after a long day of work. We appreciate the effort!

Southwest has it's act together...not charging for baggage and the queing system makes getting on the plane so much easier when everybody isn't trying to bring all they own onto the plane. AND the staff is actually friendly and CHEERFUL!! ...Imagine that!! Too bad they don't fly every place I need to go or I'd fly them all the time... GREAT job Southwest!

We try to fly Frontier whenever possible. We seem to always be on time and the flight attendants are friendly and helpful.

The zone boarding process is foolish, have never been in a smaller seat (757-200). And for a plane sitting at the gate before boarding for over an hour then boarding and pulling away just to head for a holding area to deal with a mechanical problem delaying the departure for almost an hour is unnecessary.
