    We had a nice time. I am not pleased with current security procedures, especially with my young daughter but the actual flight was fine.

    Wind chill was about -35 degrees and the plane was about 7 hours late in departing. Flight should have been cancelled long before.

    If you are taking a trip and want a good experience from beginning to end fly a different airline. I guess when they stopped charging for bags they also lost customer service.
