They have shoved the seats together so much that a man had his elbow in my side and the guy behind me had his knees in my back. I couldn't get my overhead bag in because it was filled with crew bags. The crew (Dennis) was horrible and rude. He kept yelling at me to put my bag under the seat and to keep out of the aisle. I am not that big but I could not breath in the position you have to sit. My bag has a small purse and the seat in front of me had some extra support thing that kept very little in front of me. It was the worst flight ever and I was late getting in, missing my shuttle home. I had to wait two hours for the next. They have to improve.

Southwest provides its customers with a LUVley experience! Their customer support staff are helpful and expedient! Thanks Southwest for making it comfortable for my Grandma and I to fly back and forth to get her to and from home for a long awaited visit!

Frontier's price was the lowest for our trip. They offer a free beverage and pass out delicious chocolate chip cookies for free as well. My only complaint was that while I've always thought Frontier flight attendants to be among some of the more friendly, on the CO to IN leg, the flight attendants were some of the most grim and unfriendly I've met while traveling in quite some time.

We flew roundtrip to Indy for a short visit. The flights were rather non-descript. The service on the ground at both airports was terrific, but the service in the air was less than expected. Curt and surly would be the best descriptors, although they were efficient as well. Just wish that their personalities matched their efficiency.
