My flight was delayed because of a mechanical and I had the absolute best service in Denver. The woman who helped me knew I wouldn't make my connection to Green Bay and offered me a few alternatives, one to leave the next day (I had a wedding to attend) the next to stay overnight in Mpls and leave in the morning from there. I chose the second option and was given a hotel and breakfast and lunch. On the way to security, I spoke to my dad who suggested I fly in to Appleton, an airport only 20 minutes south of Green Bay. I went back to the same clerk and, despite already working with me for about 20 minutes, she was happy to look into it and did find a flight i could catch that night. She even personally went down to catch and retag my luggage. The flight went great and my bags made it with no problem. I wish I had caught her name because she really made my night.
