    Great first flight for my almost 2 year old son. All of the staff was very helpful and we even got an extra cookie on the way home.

    Although I checked in on-line, I was not able to get all my boarding passes. At the airport, the kiosk did not recognize my name however I was able to get all boarding documents after entering the confirmation number.

    Continental flight attendants were courteous. The airline was slow in confirming (or not) upgrades.

    The seat in economy were hard and uncomfortable.

    Denver Security very slow and congested. Flights very smooth. Service personnel on flith back to RSW not eager to help.
