    Frontier was amazing. We have two children (3 & 2) and their staff was helpful with installing the car seat into the plane seats and direct traffic around us.

    We would defiantly recommend them and will use them again.

    On the way back to Denver, American stationed an agent in front of the TSA security check to look for over sized carry on luggage. We have a large rolling carry on bag that we have carried on and put it in the overhead compartment many times. It has never needed to be checked. This time the gestapo agent insisted that it was too large even though it fit just fine on the trip from DEN to DFW just two weeks before (same type A/C). We had to pay a $25 checking charge. I wonder if American is getting more creative finding ways to drum up revenue by pre-screening at the security entrance.

    Frontier has always provided me with a great trip. I LOVE the addition of the Chocolate Chip cookies! Nice addition to the already great service. They always have flights that fit my schedule so I always check them first. Thank you FRONTIER for always taking care of me! :)

    I liked that I was able to checkin online 24 hours ahead of time. This saved alot of time at the airport. Even though the flight from DFW home was delayed an hour because of seats needing to be replaced after the flight arrived from Boston, eveything ran smoothly.
