I've flown into Cancun on Frontier twice and have had a pleasant experience each time. Lucky for me, I live in Denver and have access to direct flights through this airline, but would recommend Frontier to Mexico for competitive rates and helpful staff, although they do run through the customs information on the loudspeaker kinda quick, your questions are quickly answered individually by ringing an attendant...just bring your own pen for the forms!

Check in was a breeze. Upgraded for more leg room. Service was very good. Everything was on time. Good Flight

This airbus flight was just under 4 hours each way - avoid row 10, you cannot recline the seats as you are in front of an exit row.
The ticket was about $30 extra compared to a one stop flight - saving 5 hours on the journey and all the hassles of changing planes.

I fly United frequently and have never had such rude service as on my 4/7/10 flight. Two of the three flight attendents never smiled, snarled any person to person instruction and were just plain unpleasant without any apparent reason. Most of the passengers appeared to be going on vacation so it was a pretty cheerful crowd. Seems like some people could go through customer service training for a refresher course! Return flight the following week was just the opposite.

Trip left ontime and arrived early both ways - great considering traveling international. Only hiccup was after I'd checked in online, when trying to do my bags, the kiosk required passport scanning which wouldn't work on one of ours. Good experience!

Boarding for this flight began when they told us it would. Boarding from the back of the plane to forward made the experience much more relaxing and it went quicker. We left the gate to taxi to the runway several minutes early (plane was full) and were in the air prior to the scheduled departure time. The flight attendants were attentive for the four hour flight. The return flight was equally as rewarding with no complications. Arrival in Denver was prior to the scheduled landing.
