Left on time, arrived on time. Good trip. Weather was cooperative, take-off and landing uneventful, pilots and attendants kept us informed.

Flight crew was friendly and attentive. Provided non- stop beverages as well as peanuts and cookies/pretzels or crackers. Seats comfortable and flight arrived on time.

Southwest Airlines has friendly, great service and still gives out snacks. Their no seat assignment method is orderly and works. Neither flight was full so the middle seat was open which makes for a more comfortable seating situation.

One thing about SWA is they know how to move people. It was an excellent experience with nothing to complain about. On my return trip, we even arrived 40 minutes EARLY!!!!! That was awesome! Whenever I can I select SWA as my carrier of choice!
