I flew Southwest in December 2012, and checked 2 bags! The flight was excellent, and the service was fantastic! I will be flying wherever they go from now on! The early check-in is well worth it! We took off on time and landed on time!

I was scheduled to fly Delta (which until recently was my favorite airline) but I needed to get back to ATL earlier. After a frustrating situation with Delta, I gave up and paid extra money to fly Frontier. From beginning to end, I have never received such helpful, compassionate, and friendly service from an airline. In one flight, Frontier made me a loyal customer. In an era of "cheap" fares, one cannot put a value on fantastic customer service. From now on I will fly Frontier regardless of cost. They made a normally unpleasant activity actually enjoyable. THANKS Frontier!!! I am most appreciative!

Love the fact that the flight had direct TV as an option as I was traveling with a 6 year old and so did not have to carry a lot of stuff on board to keep him entertained. On time departures both directions. Check is was a little slow in ATL, but I am assuming that is because Frontier does not have the market presence in ATL as it does in DEN.

Recent round trip flight on Frontier as good as an economy flight can be these days. Booking "Classic" is less expensive for two than Economy when bag charges are considered. No peanuts but you do get a chocolate chip cookie. Only glitch was an inability to check in online ahead of time on the return flight-some technical problem. Flights were both full but the attendants handled it well. I miss the pillows for the small of my back but no one has them anymore so I haul my own travel pillow - that forces one to carry on one more thing.

Our flight from Colorado Springs to Denver was good, but Frontier booked our arrival and departures from Denver too close (30 minutes) which didn't allow for the 10 minute delay that occurred, so we had to RUN like crazy to catch our airplane in Denver and our bags didn't make it!! Didn't get them until the next evening, even though they promised them within 4 hours of the last flight of the night. It was more like 20 hours!

The flight attendants were scary on my flight #306 from ATL to DEN on August 4, 2010. They didn't smile. There seemed to be tension among them or they just didn't like their jobs. One flight attendant who had her hair scraped up in a bun on the very top of her head made nasty faces when she was asked to get a Budweiser out for a passenger and said "she doesn't drink the crap". The woman next to me commented on how "scary" they seemed. I couldn't fit my bag under the seat in front of me - I was on the aisle and the support legs are really tight there. The overheads were full and no one tried to help me. I just put it under my knees and put a newspaper in my lap - they didn't notice.

I had the option to fly Delta for the same price, but decided I should try to support the low cost carriers. Never again.

Overall very happy with flight, but wish Delta was more competitive pricewise on this lane. If Southwest had service into Atlanta i would have to look at them for this lane.
