    Due to a last minute change in aircraft, and an absolutely terrible gate/boarding process, my seat was reassigned to a horrrible location - but at least I got on the flight (many did not). Flight attendants were horrible - gossiping in the galley instead of serving passengers - all of which I could hear from my last row seat. Drink orders were taken early in the flight and mine was finally delivered AFTER the movie was over! Food for purchase ran out before the back of the plane was reached, leaving us with NO food options - not even extra pretzels were offered and this was a 4.5 hour flight. Absolutely terrible experience, and I am booked to fly United on my return.

    This trip was the first I'd made on Frontier and it was considerably more pleasant than my experience on some other US domestic airlines. Boarding was managed well. Staff were pleasant and efficient, even when they ran out of over-head locker space. The food choices were very limited though and there was nothing fresh available on any of the four flights I took on this trip. But what was available was good and generous. The ticket price made for a very good value trip. Kudos to Frontier.

    The flight was ok. You get very little services or amenities when flying these days. I'm glad I am not tall or heavy...its a tight squeeze into the seats with very little legroom.

    This was a typical flight. Lots of people crammed in...and you hope you don't sit next to an obese person that squishes you. The only reason I fly is to get there quicker. Its no longer enjoyable
