    Plans were clean and in good condition. Equipment was at the gate for boarding to begin at the cheduled time, but every segment of this trip was late departing due to full flights with the majority of passengers carrying luggage on to avoid extra fees. The extra time spent juggling bags in the cabin caused delayed departure every time, and almost resulted in a missed connection when we had to travel between terminals in Atlanta.

    In flight attendants were not the most pleasant. Everything else was perfectly fine!I would choose them again. Usually I fly AirTran or Delta.
