    Frontier is usually dependable as flights almost always leave/arrive on time,however they did not have a record of our reservation when we arrived at airport.

    I fly to Denver 2-3 times a year and always opt for Frontier nonstop, carryon luggage only. Have not had problems.

    Frontier flight attendants

    Frontier gate personnel

    We were attempting to retrieve our carry-on bags which we had to surrender at the plane door (no more bin space left) and got the brush-off each time we asked about them, such as "Get on the plane, your bags will get to you eventually."

    Our departure flight was slightly delayed, but they more than made up the time in the air - we arrived 25 minutes early! I especially liked the In-flight DirecTV!

    seat change was arranged to move me from behind my wife to a same row adjacent seat without my having to ask!

    flight of 2.5 hours was actually 38 minutes early -- a record according to one of the pilots.

    Friendliest people in the air -- and on the ground!

    I have flown Frontier Oct. 2009 , Feb. 2010 and May 2010. I am happy to say every one of those round trip flights were excellant. I am addicted to this airline.
