Flight was without incident, so hard to rate anything superb or substandard. Since we didn't check baggage, I was very pleased that we were able to fit both my wife's and my roll on bags in the overhead compartments. Sitting on the 2-side of the Boeing 717 only allows sideway storage, so 2 bags take up 2 rows worth of storage, but we were able to fit one on the 3-side opposite our seats.

Flight left one hour late--but was otherwise a very pleasant one. Appreciated attendants making overhead room available by insisting on size limits.

We bought the tickets at the last moment and they were very inexpensive so I wondered what kind of seats, layover, etc. we would get. Well everything was great. Thanks for the fare alert!

I was bumped from the first flight and true to nature, the AA gate attendant was rude and obnoxious.. but on the next flight I was upgraded to first class and the attendants were very nice. Because my flight was so early, I really wanted to sleep, so I didn't partake in any of the fabulous treats offered to first class flyers. The only drawback was the attendant kept disturbing me to ask me if I wanted water or food... THAT I could have done without. Once she realized that all I wanted to do was sleep, she left me alone but kept and eye on me in case I changed my mind.
Overall a good experience. The flight back.. coach. Again.. slept the whole way back but this time, they left me alone and that was all good.

air vent broken and almost froze. Couldn't understand stewardess over the pa system.
