    2nd leg from MKE was a tiny plane, some turbulence, smelled like an earlier flight had had a LOT of turbulence!

    Although I did check in online and at that time picked seats for both legs of trip (11C), when making second leg of journey from ATL to PIT I was seated and was asked to move because manifest said I was listed for seat (10E). I wouldn't have minded except that I picked 11C because I wanted an aisle seat and also the stewardess was not very polite. I was already seated when another passenger came with the same seat on boarding pass, stewardess said I needed to move and was never given any further info as to why me and not the passenger coming after my boarding. I was not the only passenger on that flight that had a seating problem.

    Everything AA promises (forget that) and all that DL (tries to promise) happened...No wonder that DL is rated the Worst Airline and AA is 2nd. Air Tran treated us as Kings and Queens...Every employee was first class from the start. I will always fly them to PIT even though we connect in ATL. I traveled for over 40 years doing trade shows and have nearly 1M on AA, but the past 10 years have moved me to Co #1 and AirTran Close to #1 Hope this helps....

    Flight delayed twice.Leg room for tall people is not comfortable.Flight crew efficient. Landing still on time, even though it was late taking off.

    i truly enjoyed my trip security was fast, did curbside check in n it was super fast n easy!!!!flight crew was so nice, leg room was nice no problem with carry ons, it was my sons first flight n i was so impressed everyone was so helpful!!! the ticket agent at PIT was soooo nice and helpful!! juggled everyones issues n still got me switched to a better seat! will def. take this flight again!!!!

    Flight to Atlanta on time and fine. Connection plane late arriving which delayed take off, but made up time in air, and arrived to Pittsburgh early.
