    On the return flight had to hussel to another terminal to just get there in time to board the plane. Wasn't able to get something to eat even though I we landed early, by the time deplaned and got to other terminal there was no time.

    Great flight. Only hitch is that we were always served in the same order, and by the time the flight attendants got to us our choices were gone. Since they always served in the same order it happened more than once.

    The flight was a convenient way to go to Hawaii from DFW, a non-stop flight of about 8hrs. For such a long flight, meals had to be purchased. This is not good. Other than that, we experienced the normal flight problems including difficulty in finding overhead space for our carry-ons. But flights were on time. Overall, a good experience.

    The flight was overbooked, so they offered $300. each to reschedule to a flight later that day. We volunteered but they ended up not needing us to stay. However, they gave us the crew rest seats, which were better than 1st class! It pays to volunteer!

    We arrived about 40 minuites late on return flight. I don't reccommend ever having to change planes in Phoenix. There is not enough lay over time to be comfortable without rushing. Got to Phoenix early but no gates were available at their hub. When leaving Phoenix had about 25 minutes delay taking off. Flight was overbooked.

    I think United did a great job in getting us to San Francisco early and then on to Honolulu early as well. The seats were not very comfortable and I was disappointed that the flight from SF to Honolulu didn't allow for a snack. Other than that the flight was very good.

    being a vacation traveler (rather than traveling for business) we were shocked at the way the airlines are now doing business. From the baggage fees to the food fee, of which they only had 40 meals available for a 8+ hours flight with 200+ passengers, being the last row we did not even get a "snack" and the pilot had to ask passengers to please be nice to the flight attendants it was "not their fault". The seats are so close together that our family who are 6feet and over had a tough time being comfortable. most businesses would go broke if they treated customers this way

    I was actually going to Kauai Hawaii, but had to go through Honolulu, Hawaii. Took Hawaiian Airlines to Kauai from Honolulu. MY golf bag didn't make it;however, it did arrive and was delivered to my condo on Kauai later that night.

    On my return trip to DFW, American Airlines lost my bag at DFW. It was delivered later that day. Somewhere between the aircraft and baggage claim it was lost. Very poor on American Airlines baggage service.
