    The flight was ok except for the children - one baby about 10 months old cried for 2 hours and 2 smaller children right behind me, screamed, shouted and kicked my seat for a 2 hour flight.

    There should be a special seating in the back of the plane for any children and their parents.

    Several other passengers were also upset.

    seats closer together than ever! Check-in simple, having to use a computer to do so instead of talking to a human was disappointing. Having to pay $150 for our luggage to fly was awful.
