    Overall not a bad experience. Was not expecting the bus ride to the F terminal where one embarks upon the propeller planes for regional service. The planes are workhorses, I know, but some of them looked like they were ducktaped. We made it on time, so I can't really complain. Would ride again. The Bad Dog for seat comfort is for the PHL to ALB propeller plane. Like I said, they are old and so are the seats. Fortunately it's a short hop.

    After carefully planning flights to avoid a long layover and locking in our flight, the airlines changed the flight times causing a long layover (that became even longer with weather delays).

    I was also very unhappy that when tickets for 3 people were purchased under one reservation number the seats were spread throughout the plane--especially distressing since one passenger was a two year old! We were only advised that we could try to change seats after boarding the aircraft (some people just won't move).

    Also, they ran out of room for carry-on bags and I was forced to gate check it through to Albany from Dallas. However it was mis-tagged and lost for a day, forcing me to shop for attire for the special event I was attending.
