On one leg of my return flight, my plane arrived 30 minutes late but the connecting flight waited for me.

I was the last to board with only one seat left -- in the front row! They continued to hold while transferring my bag.

One complaint: I did not pay $10 for early bird check-in going and got on as the second boarder. I paid $10 for early bird coming back and got on as the 84th boarder. Southwest has got to change that sort of thing! I even checked in online at the exact second twenty-four hours before flight time.
