    Flying with SWA has normally been a good experience, no hassel with extra luggage cost, department & arrival are on time cost was great.

    It's what I love about Southwest: they are efficient; their personnel like working there and show it by being personable and friendly; they price their ticket at an inclusive number and don't tack on costs that should be part of the ticket price; in an era where nothing about traveling is a pleasure they manage to make it fun.
