I've flown SW four times in the past month and I've just gotta say - they do it right! Reasonable ticket prices, no charge for bags, organized boarding process, personable personnel, even enough leg room! Seats are tight, but it was still possible to cross my legs (which is more than I can say for other airlines I've flown). I've got long legs and still didn't have to sit with my knees jammed into the seat in front of me. And they make the on-flight instructions humorous enough to actually pay attention to them! I'd fly SW any time its possible.
