Flight delays due to weather and an unpleasant attendant when checking in our bags. Souythwest is known for their freindliness, but this trip that was not the case.

OUR TRAVEL WAS OVER THE THANKSGIVING HOLIDAYS. TRAFFIC WAS HEAVY BUT WE STILL HAD A VERY POSITIVE EXPERIENCE WITH CHECK-IN AND THE FLIGHT.OUR FLIGHT HOME WAS 40 MINUTES EARLY!! GREAT!!

That are always smiling and actually joke around over the speaker when they are talking with passengers. Makes the flight a little more enjoyable when you have a sense of humour!

Once again we traveled Southwest and once again I loved not having to pay extra for bags. As always, Southwest was very accomodating and friendly. Love that I can push my 2 sons down the ramp to the plane in their strollers and have those strollers waiting for me when we exit the plane. Flight attendants were great and gave us extra snacks for the little ones. Love the family boarding and when someone tried to cut ahead of us, the ticket taker politely asked them to wait their turn. Couldn't ask for much more...hmmm...maybe a built in babysitter on the plane so I can sleep?!

Would have perfect if we had no layover...but we bought the ticket last minute and that was my fault. Both flights were full so it was kinda loud. But our return flight home was direct and not so full and perfect : )

Return delayed. Leaving plane, desk staff said, "RUN NOW" across entire airport to catch connection. No rebooking for later flight.

Everything was fine until we landed in Nashville to change planes. There was already a plane sitting in our gate so we had to wait (almost 15 minutes) until that plane pulled out so we could pull in and unload. We have a 3 and 4 year old who had to potty. They wouldn't let us on the plane while we were sitting there for 15 minutes, so we had to immediately when we deplaned. Becaues of the delay, we almost missed our connecting flight. Fortunately, they were waiting for us, but it was close.
