Our flight out of Columbus got delayed due to mechanical problems. Didn't leave for 2 1/2 hours. Missed the connection, attitude with people trying to get us a connection. Overbooked the second connection, attitude with those people trying to help us, and had to take a later connection. flight was due to arrive in Myrtle Beach at 10:30 am, we didn't get into Myrtle Beach until 6:00pm. I did get compensated with a travel voucher for the second connection we couldn't get on. I will probably not use the voucher, will not fly US Air again.

The Direct Air non stop flight from Columbus Ohio to Myrtle Beach SC was great just wish there were more options on times. For the price it was a great deal !!!

US Airways continues to offer less customer service. The seating is so close that most people fly praying the guy/gal in front of them doesn't put their seat back in the reclining position.
