    I was traveling with my family but we got separate seats. Since I am overweight, I was told in front of the other passengers that the next time I would have to buy two tickets. I replied that a simpler solution would be to exchange seats so I could sit with my wife or daughter, but they told it that was impossible. Do they think I would fly with Southwest again? Is this a common experience?

    Low budget, no kiosk, few employees at check in.

    Flight was good. Late leaving LAX but appreciate that they held our connecting flight to CMH until we landed at KC

    terrific flight,very confortable lots of leg room for me confortable seat for the length of the flight.stewardesses handed out all of the snacks and soft drinks that you wanted up untill landing. they were also were very curtious and professional thruout the flight.the same was true of the return flight also
